Holly Band Loving Cup Vase Limoges?

I purchased this Holly Banded 3 Handle loving cup a few months ago on eBay basically because I thought it was cool, found it while searching for something else. The seller's description said "I don't know what this is or even what it is made out of." I said I know what that is it's $5.00 and Im going to buy it. Anyway Ive given it to my grandmother for now. there are two faint impressions on the bottom like and L and X ????
Looking to solve this one Ive looked everywhare for that triripe
