Rare gas sign with condition issues

Hi, I collect bottles myself but found this great sign while metal detecting. It was hell to dig up and not in the best condition but from the small amount of research I have done, it seems to be very rare. The company was in business only for a short time in the mid to late 20's from what I can tell there doesn't seem to be another 20 inch double sided porcelain anywhere. I know there are condition issues, but I think it gives it character. Knowing all of this do you think it would still be of any value to a collector. I think it looks great and would appreciate any info on the value, if any, thanks.
