    (310 items)

I went to this garage sale today and spied a large paper bag with all these rolled up things in it. There was a sign by the bag that said “Beatles posters $2.00 ea.” I asked the lady about them and she told me her sister was a Beatles fan, and especially a George Harrison fan. She had collected these back in the 1960's and early 1970's. Well, I bought the entire bag, as I would be expected to do. The earliest one is dated 1967 and the latest is 1973. $2.00 ea., can you imagine that!! This is a treasure trove as far as I am concerned.
There are all different sizes, from 13” x 18” up to 29” x 41”. There were 13 in all, and most have the corner tack marks where they were put on her wall.
I will keep posting them until all are posted.
All of my fellow music aficionados here should enjoy these. I am still amazed, these are wonderful.
P.S. The small colored items in the corners are the corners of books I had to use to hold them flat to photograph. They have been rolled up for a very long time.
    enjoy

Did you run to the car with them, before she came to her senses?
      Great find!

Thank you very much for the kind words gingerakesler & walksoftly. I did not exactly run, did not want to tip my hand quite yet. She also had a trememdous Beatles and George Harrison LP collection, however, as it turned out, she was too pricy on these for me. No, musikchoo, there were no Butcher or 2nd state pasteovers, believe me, I looked. She said she really did not want to sell them anyway.
