Was able to find a display rack sign for my display rack and got some better hooks to display my carriers, and even a small pipe to mount my sign to stand. The display rack is now as complete as i can get it, i decided to paint the whole stand green except the tip picture 2 and 3 shows before and after i painted the stand. The stand was already previously painted so i didn't have to worry about ruining the original paint. Very happy with my display rack now I will be enjoying it for many years.
Looks great buddy, I would definitely splash some paint on there. Make it look original until the real thing comes along!!
Hard to say, I don't really see the raw metal with all the carriers on there.
Thanks Tom, Perry, walksoftly and Ray. LOL to the Frankenstein comment Ray, thats exactly what i thought when i got her all put together, but i still really like it. Its really hard to find this display rack complete in Canada, pretty sure its way more common in the US. I am still curious of what you guys think looks better on the display rack, the metal carriers or wood carriers?

I argee with Ray. Paint it all green. The base was already repainted so don't worry about historical significance. I think I used green Treclad spray paint.
Please don't post a picture with your socks and underwear on it.
LMAO Thanks Ray, Bill, and officialfuel! I went to the hardware store and picked up some green tremclad spray paint today so ill hopefully have her all painted and ready tom. Oh and dont worry wont be hanging my socks and underwear on it :)
