Farm Print by J Suarez? (do you read the same?) numbered and pencil signed

Hello, another print I bought a long time ago and forgot I even had it. It is 26" X 15", nice size, I know nothing about this artist, I must say it is a beautiful farm! I put photo of farm house I lived in until 12 yr. old, by Lincoln Nebraska, not all farms are beautiful! haha My father had an asparagus farm.
