70s-80s era promotional cigarette lighters. These could be obtained by purchasing the cigarettes themselves, or as giveaways by the retailer and/or tobacco reps.
Such promos are banned in present times.
I have 2 of the Carlton Lighters still in there original hard plastic cases they were given to me by a friend
