We found an almost complete set of Aladdin fine china made in occupied Japan in the 'Dresden Rose' pattern. So far, this particular pattern remains elusive. It's bright white with a gorgeous floral pattern with roses and wild flowers mixed. Elegant, classy collection. Proud to be the new owners :) Wish we had more info on the production date and value though...

Value is not something that you're apt to find here at CW. If the "occupied Japan" mark is authentic, it would date between 1945 (after World War II) through April 25, 1952. Items are sometimes marked "occupied Japan" to intentionally mislead buyers. ('fakes' are marked OVER the glaze rather than under it) Hope that at least answers or helps narrow your production date. :-)

Thank you for the helpful info. We love the pieces no matter the value, we were curious more than anything.
