    This sewing machine was my mothers and I am not sure if she bought it new or used. But she made many things with it including quilts. And she taught me to sew on it also.

      The 221K is the popular 'Featherweight'. They are popular amongst quilters as the machine is lightweight, portable and sews a great stitch. it's value is around $250-$300 if you check on ebay you can see what they are selling for. Most people's insurance doesn't require an item of this value to be listed separately - check with your insurer
