Technically not a sign but an actual mint tin. It has been in my family's gramophone/phonograph for years and years to hold extra needles for the records. It is clearly vintage, but I have no idea how old. It says "Quinton Co. Rahway, NJ" and I know that the Quinton Company was bought by Merck around 1962, so it predates that, which I could have guessed. Any ideas? Thanks for lookin!

Hello sir, my names Brandon, I have this same tin but myne is from the 1940's, my drug maker's stamp is "Sharpe & Dome" which u've probaly heard of. well i noticed ure drug maker's co. is like u said "Quinton Co." Well Sharpe & Dome was stamped on tins pre 1940 & earlier. on the other hand, yours tin is definitly from the 1950's; The value of this tin in this market is accually pretty hard to sell & make what we wished we could haha, but it's worth aprox. $6.00-$24.00. My names brandon, & i live in n.c. im a n antiques collector/picker & i do restorations if needed im 21 years old & it's my life/love & hobby. before the antique shop closed i was working at it was my job. hope i was helpfull & have a wonderfull day sir. ----*BRANDINGO'S ANTIQUES & RESTORATIONS*
