Probably from the late teens into the earlier 1920's This is an "Adam-revival" piece & by 1924-5 styles had supplanted to the next trend which was more curved and Queen Anne revivalist.
I would probably price it at about $250-300, which is low, yet these are pieces of furniture that may do not like the size and weight. Table-top phonographs are much more valuable & that depends on the model too.

Just remember--this piece is a bit rarer than later models, because the larger "orthophonic" sound was newer and the form of the hardware was always increasing and changing. The style and size is perfect for the person that does not want the over-the-top style of the late 1920's. This is more conservative, as was the period just before: Edwardian. Go to my blog & you will see a good bit about what I like the write about, collect & study. I specialize in the 1890--1930 period:

I have a few phonographs and the makings of life from those periods. I have written since April 2008 & have just passed 13,000 views of the blog !
