This is the only one of these lamps I have ever seen for sale.I did find one on the web and the site told what model it was and when it was made.Unfortunately my puter crashed and I lost it and haven't been able to find it again.It does have the original Houzex sticker on the bottom.

BTW,The line across the front is a mold line where the glass comes together in the mold.this is very common for this type of glass.This is NOT a crack.

I know this was 10 plus years ago….BUT I actually just purchased this lamp today at an antique store. I have been looking for hours for more information and can’t find any. Does anyone know what year it was made?
