Glass/ thin metal jewelry box?

I was told this was my great grandmother's jewelry box. Any ideas how old it might be? Maybe how much it's worth? Has a floral design and stands on claw foots very beautiful. People had so much more class then.. Any info will be appreciated! Thanks!
