Wedgewood Find

I, like many other people went rummaging through my grandmothers attic and found a complete set of Wedgewood china(Service for 8). I have spent countless hours researching this pattern and have had no success. If someone out there knows the name and maybe it's worth, I would greatly appreciate it.
