I've been trying to wean myself off of Victorian-era Harrach, but pieces like this keep me coming back for more. This is not garden-variety Bristol glass - this is a dense piece, quite heavy for its size. The shape is typical of Harrach, as are the enamel beading around the outer rim and the beautiful baked-on floral enamels. The ball feet are ground flat to enable the vase to sit perfectly upright. Unmarked, but attributed to Harrach based on decor and shape.
