    THE WALL IS 3/8 " THICK

    IT WEIGHS 6 POUNDS 9 OUNCE

      you're correct; this is by Smith Glass and they call the pattern Pineapple. It isn't EAPG tho' as it is contemporary glass. Smith has this in their current online catalog in a larger version.
