Old pair of shears that belonged to me father, I'd say over 60yrs old. says "genuine becon" made in Germany on the blade. a bit rusty and one tip broken off. I saw a lot of these cut up to make filleting knives on fishing boats, made of good steel holds an edge most likely.
Sheep shears?
Used to cut the horses mains with them and shear sheep.
