Found this one in a friend's garden shed, it had belonged to her mother, but she hated it!! So I offered to take it off her hands and it now resides with me. I am assuming that it is Czech, 1930's spatter glass vase? If not, please correct me. Thanks for looking!

Your vase was manufactured by Antonin Ruckl & Sons.
This decor was offered on a totally different shape by Butler Brothers in their February 1930 catalog. Therefore, your vase is likely close to that date as well. Thanks for posting.

The mark on the vase in your link is most likely counterfeit IMHO. To help confirm that theory here's the same fan vase shape with a Loetz mark. http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/79261-opalescent-fan-vase-cover-in-canes?in=442
Surely we can agree that they're not Loetz? It would seem to me that someone was possibly faking "accepted" markings by 1930.
Maybe counterfeit is the wrong word... The arched mark maybe wasn't exclusive to Kralik or maybe there's a minor difference in arched marks that goes undetected when comparing photographs? Either way, there's a problem.
"In the 1930's Kralik was still in business, and the mark is an "export mark" applied by Kralik." To my knowledge, the mark is found on some Kralik glassware but is not documented as being applied by or solely used by Kralik.
The conversation in this posts now seems to read, due to the deletion of a couple of accounts and posts, that this vase is marked with an arched mark which is being inferred to possibly not be Kralik. In fact, the mark was on a fan vase and had nothing to do with this post, and this vase has no mark of any kind.
It is also worth noting that the arched Czechoslovakia mark with open O's IS commonly accepted as a mark used exclusively by Kralik, even though numerous attempts have made in this forum to assert that is not true. Those attempts repeatedly state there is no "documentation" to support it. There are many solid understandings of this glass which have no documentation, but it takes a lot more than simply stating it is not true to disprove a commonly accepted "fact".
Although the subject of who placed export marks on glass is certainly controversial, the Kralik arch and Loetz oval are not really a part of the controversy.
