Dated 1961+ due to Swarovski releasing first bicone crystals. Signed with copyright symbol and Pat 2809501 on goldtone clips. Czech tricolor art glass bicones, marbled baroque art glass beads. Also found in pink and green.
This 1957 clip was patented by Coro Inc. of Rhode Island, parent company of Vendome. The patent says "the present invention relates to the jewelry art, and has particular reference to a novel construction for an earring ear wire. The principal object of the invention is to provide an ear wire having an ear lobe engaging member with adjustable tension."
Simply exquisite Vendome/Coro earrings, and now I'm going to take a look at the necklace! Thanks for Showing and Telling!
