Found out these are 1920s. A set sold at auction in 2007 for $3,000. Auction site didn't have any information. Still looking for more information. Any info you can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks ROBinHawaii for your information, I will check the 1920s. I do have a pair of these chairs and I love them.

ROBinHawaii, you were right on with the era (1920s). I found a set of these chairs on ragoarts.com that were auctioned off in 2007. They sold for 3K.
Ragoarts could not give me any further information on the chairs. Hopefully someone out there can provide more.
