Hello Collectors Weekly and fellow collectors

I found this item while treasure seeking.
I'm thinking this may be American Indian tool, possibly Navajo.
Is it a weaving tool? What could it be?
I am always searching for Indian related items, but this has me stumped.
    Thanks Jenniecollects ?

    3. Tlynnie1942 Tlynnie1942, 12 years ago
If you look closely at the ends, they are hollow. I have seen many of these pipes and this one just does not have the pipe part attached. So, way.

Plus, I did not say it was a "working" one.

      Look at ebay
261098792100 is the item number. You will see another cutout pipe stem much like this one.

Jenniecollects, did you see what the other pipe stem (item number 261098792100) went for on Ebay? WOW!! Although it did have the pipe part still too, that is a great price! I did not look at the other one to see what it went for though. But the amount blew me away.....:)

Not just a pipe stem, but a puzzle pipe stem with quillwork. Great find.
