    During World War 2 "V-Mail service provides the most expeditious dispatch and reduces the weight of mail to the personnel of our Armed Forces outside the continental United States". Also available was the Voices of Victory records. These records were provided by the American Safety Razor Blades Corp. Gem Division and The United States Organizations, Inc (USO).
