    Thought I would share a picture of my favorite Marine. Of course the first one is his boot camp picture. The second one was taken during Desert Storm. It appears in some kind of printed literature for the type of LVS he is driving. On the front he painted BEE in large letters and then smaller ones underneath completing my name and our children's. The flag was presented to his family when his father died. He flew the flag until it was in shreds and then I sent him my step-father's flag. He flew that until the static was getting bad. Both flags are now proudly displayed in custom made flag cases. Semper-Fi!

      How old was he when he went to bootcamp? He is missing the baby face & wet behind the ears look that most bootcamp photos of recruits have....

      tlmbaran-he arrived at bootcamp on his 26 birthday! We were already married for sometime and he told the recruiter that bootcamp would be easy because he was married to me. Well on family day he said bootcamp was a breeze. Country boys!! lol
