Hi, I bought a blue and white vase a while ago which has exactly the same signature. The shape of the vase and the drawing is rather different from yours, though some of the elements are the same. Unfortunately, I was also not successful in finding out more about it so I'm of course excited to discover the same signature here. If you are interested I can send you a picture when I get back home from holidays.

Was this mystery every solved? I have matching vases that have what I think is the same mark.

I wouldn't call that a time mark but an artist signature .

I figured it was an artist signiture or a studio mark.
