    I don't know much about this chair. i bought it a long time ago at a yardsale. i think it's old, but i have no idea how old. can anyone tell me more about it? thanks!

      Hi there - Were you ever able to find out anything regarding these chairs? I have 5 that are very similar. The only thing they don't have are the decorative finials. 4 are the same, one is a bit darker and thicker.

      not really gatorgirl75. just a cane-seated, ladderback chair, i guess. i've noticed lots of them since then.

      OK thank you. I have seen a lot of ladderbacks, but never this exact one. I inherited 5 of them from a family member who was from The Netherlands. She brought over a few pieces that are +100 years but didn't know if this was one of them. I figured I would sell them but was looking for a good price.
