This is an extremely heavy head of a woman with a connection to the ocean. Check out the headdress it is of two dolphins and she wears seashells around her neck. She is 19" tall by 13" wide and it would take a very mighty bracket to keep her on a wall!!! Any suggestions welcome as to who she might be.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about the beautiful bust, but I love it.
Thank you Kathycat for the Love it! She is quite special! Just wish I could come up with a permanent place for her. Very difficult with the weight almost 3 stone (42 pounds thereabouts)
