    Not sure what this is...seems "old" as the box it came in is quite yellowed.
    There are no distinctive marks on the box or on the item itself.
    Made of some heavy metal with USA in enamel
    As far as I can tell it is non-magnetic, weighs 4.5 ounces. and is about 3 1/2" across. Has 3 black felt circles on the bottom like it should just sit on a table.
    Can anyone help?
