This spoon was in my Mother's collection that she started as a little girl so it could easily be over 100 years old.
Spoon is approximately 5" long
"Keilkkonn" is on the bowl. I have been unable to find what it stands for or is.
I would like to know the following:
What is "Keilkkonn"?
Country of origin?
What does the coat of arms represent?
Year of manufacture?
Is the material on the bowl & the coat of arms enamel or porcelain?
Is it hand painted?
Does the design of the spoon represent anything?
What type of metal could it be? Is it Silver? Unable to find the mark of "sterling" anywhere.
Thank you
I think it is actually Heilbronn. The church is St. Kilian's church (Kilanskirche).

To vetraio50,
Thank you for your input. I appreciate you taking the time to reply & hope I can repay the favor.
You're welcome Alpha1. I hpoe you found the Wappen Heilbronn their coat of arms that goes back to 1265. The yellow and black indicate Baden-Wuerttemberg.

I suspect it is enamel on silver. The work is hand-painted on a Jugendstil form. The Kilianskirsche goes back to 1529 and is painted from the area called the Marktplatz. T

Hello Hems303,
Appreciate your information relating to this spoon & I hope I can repay your help in the future.
I noticed you have an interest in Militaria. I have some items from my father, such as an ash tray from the Romanian Royal Guard that my he used while a P.O.W. in Romania that I might post.
Thanks again
Hems303,
I posted it as "Romanian Royal Guard Ash Tray from WWII". I posted it under "WWII" & someone was good enough to also post it under "Ash Trays".
So far I have been impressed w/ this site & the people here. I have learned a lot just from seeing what other people have.
I look forward to posting more of his items from WWII such as his diary, medals, etc. I also have items I have collected.
Since I have no one to leave any of my stuff to I need to start planning what to do w/ these items.
Have a Great Day
Have been busy trying to catch up.
I still want to post more.
Posted this spoon on eBay, but have yet to get any response. Hope I did a good job.
Thanks again to all.
Met a Spoon Collector 2day & I recommended this site to him.
