Bakelite jewelery coffin

This is a piece that came from a dear old friend, whom I miss a lot!
She was born in Danzig,in 1923, where this was made.
Likely made in the '20's or '30's
Notice the street name?
Not sure what came in here originally, but it's got a great look, and I treasure it for the sentimentality of it, even though it's not of great value.
