I think this is an elegant pair of Art Deco long dangle earrings, brilliant diamond set, lever-back 18kt white gold on the front, yellow gold on the back site. Crafted circa 1930’s, in excellent condition. A touch of history. Probably I believe to be of Belgian origin.
Diamonds: Six old mine brilliant cut diamonds Hallmarks: 750 for 18K.
Dimensions: Height approximately 3.4 cm (1.03 inch) Weight: 4 gram
You agree the period?
I was at a wedding last night and these would have been perfect with my outfit! Wish you lived next door : ))
AmberRose, that would indeed be very sociable. We could share our hobby/passion. And yes, you would certainly have them borrow. Thank you for your message.
Another VERY nice piece, you post some of the most wonderful "Deco" pieces.

Very nice, I think 1920's. I have a matching ring from the same period!
They did this sort of setting to make the diamonds look bigger.
Hi Newtimes, thanks for your instructive comment.

The rose-cut diamonds and the setting suggests Victorian/European to me
Stillwater thanks, I though Art Deco but you think it's older?
Actually the more that I look at it, it deffinitely is 20's-30's. I didn't see the screwbacks and the reverse, those are deffinitely 20th century designs. You just usually see rose-cut diamonds in the 19thC, and thats all I looked at.
I remember reading that Belcher-set diamonds were a dead giveaway for American jewelry, but the box says Antwerp clear as day. Thanks for helping me eliminate unreliable reference material in my brain Agram! Very sweet earrings
I bought an nice little diamond ring today, probably from the same era. I will post it later, tell me what you think!
Stillwater, surely I will look at your ring and of course tell what I think about it. Thanks for your extensive comment.
