We have just purchased this Coca Cola clock at an auction. It has a seemingly very unusual, ornate case, face white ceramic with black number, floral pattern around center, in center of dial is "Drink Coca Cola. On the face it has Made in Germany. It is about 6" with fancy legs, lion heads with hoops in their mouths on each side.
There is no manufacturer name visible. We have not removed the back.
Can anyone tell us about this clock.

The face and dial appear to be from a 1950's anniversary clock that the Coca-Cola company offered bottlers. The face isn't original to this clock, doesn't match the style of 3 versions manufactured (and also you can it doesn't quite fit right within the case, a little off center). My guess is it's a pieced together clock, with an original or reproduction 1950's anniversary clock face. Our house experts will be able to say for sure when they return from the field...or wake up from their naps. thanks so muc.h Daddy_Nobucks....sure wish we had the rest of the clock. We'll haave to take it apart and see if there is anything on the works to indicate if it is original.
