I bought this little dressing table set for just a few pounds, I think it just the most lovely blue, unfortunately only the candle sticks have no chips, although the other pieces have only small small ones. They were made in the 1930's with a pattern of no. 8283.
I have some brown, the blue is so much nicer!...:-)
Thanks inky, I did not realise that I had bought Davidson cloud glass until after I came home - I had only seen the brown! Anyway, I then looked up blue cloud glass and discovered that was what I had! Did not know it existed, but I love it!(£2 - can't beat it, bargain!)
$4.00!!!!??? can come and live with you....:-)
By the way I have some purple also nicer than the brown...:-)

Thank you miKKoChristmas11, they are the most beautiful blue! if I hold them to the light the swirling lines are a reddish brown! Works very well.
I have never heard of the cloud! It is so pretty! Going to be keeping my eye out for this...

Oh! AmberRose I do love a bargain!! I have actually (since finding these) seen just the Blue Cloud candlesticks fetch £25.00 on e-bay, so the whole set was certainly a bargain! But it was extra pretty too for £2.00! Many thanks!
