      Kempa1951, I don't think you have a Manhattan Electric pot belly. The transmitter might say Manhattan Electric, but I could tell you more with photo's of the back, front and side shots. The perch looks odd to me.

      That's great news, this type of candlestick sells on Ebay between $1,500 to $2,200 depending on condition.

      I think you were correct in that the transmitter was not for that phone stand.
      But the buyer has it and is delighted in it. So it went to a good home.
