Large Glass Paperweight ORANGE/YELLOW Ribbon/Swirl MARKED ".S." Any idea what the mark is????

Trying to figure out who made this. The "S" and the dots (one on either side of the S) are raised. This weighs approximately 1.9 ounces. 10 1/2" diameter. Any help would be appreciated!
