I purchased these from a retired jukebox tech. in houston tx. I purchased 20 of them. I really don't know anything about them but thought they would look cool in a case in my bar. They all have a thin sheet of paper that explains the pay out.. the item looks to be old i really don't know. what do you think?

Punch boards have been around for quite a few years. One like you are showing cost the owner about $2.00 I have a old catalog around someplace, lots of cheating went on with the punch board so they fell out of joint with the public.Every drug store and corner grocery store had them at one time. The one you are showing looks in good shape, this is stictly a guess would think from around early to mid 1940s,most of the earlier ones were 5 and 10 cents.Check on ebay just put in punch board and away you go.

Do these have any worth ? I only spent 5$ per card and bought 20 because they were in good condition?

Anthony: Depends on condition and size, the one you have pictured looks in good shape. Usually the larger ones bring a decent price, hard to tell from the picture the size. What you have invested seems like a fair price but as I said before check it out on e/bay.Have some fun with them.We used to have a Dollar Store and was tempted to use a couple that I have in a free type give away but didn't want to have the law down on me so never did use them.
