I found these two adorable dolls that are stamped Germany. They measure 6" and 6 1/2". Not sure but I think they are ww1.

Your dolls would from about 1920 give or take a few years . The male appears to be dressed in WWI USA suit , which if I am correct that it is not German it was produced after WWI to sell to USA as a Novelty doll . Both dolls seem from same era and made of bisque . These size dolls miniatures are sometimes also called doll house size . They have painted eyes instead of glass which was less costly to make . Look at back of both their necks for numbers , letters or symbols. They maybe be marked and then it is easier to name manufacturer in Germany .
Very nice dolls . Love them

The dolls are stamped on the shoulders in ink "Germany". The woman has number 447 9/10 and is very hard to read. The mans clothes are to hard to remove. I did think it was an American soldier made in Germany.
Thank you for any info on them.
