Your last name isn't Gump, is it?
no, no gump here kind sir
It's a prosthetic arm. I assume it's one of the versions that wraps around the body and flexing torso muscles to open/shut the pincher-hand. I can only find a child's version (to help determine value): http://www.etsy.com/listing/105901095/vintage-antique-childs-prosthetic-arm?utm_source=googleproduct&utm_medium=syndication&utm_campaign=GPS&gclid=CO7KvoukkbMCFS-RPAodkFoAUw.
An arm, what a bummer! If it were a leg support, we could invent papers verifying it it was used in the movie Forrest Gump. Shows how much I know about anatomy!
