Metal sign has spinning price changes for Linseed oil and turpentine sales price for fluctuation they spin in three locations in the middle and the center piece flips over to reveal more prices with a strange bolt and nut. two price spinners on each side of the center piece. It hangs from attached chain in two places. Still hangs good! little bit of rust.
All I know is the W.p. fuller company has a very long history since 1849. I can not find any signs or anyone who has these signs. From what I can find this was needed ,because of the war using so much Linseed and turpentine the price would change quickly.

I am looking for info on a W P Fuller (possibly bronze free standing plaque) awarded to Valley Hardware Company for fifteen years service selling Fuller paints.
