From the mid-1920's; this clock was greatly influenced by the fabulous clocks shown at the 1925 Exposition des ARTS DECOratifs in Paris. Made by CH. Hour et Compagnie - the predecessors of Hour Lavigne that still produce some of the most spectacular clocks to this day - the case is three different coloured marbles and the dial's numbers were influenced by the style of Tiffany & Co's early 1920's tank watch dials with the six in red. The hands have square blocks and the clock weighs a hefty 4kgs.
