This fork is 6 inches long. I am looking for any info. about this one. I am not sure, but I think it is silver plate, it is a little heavier than others the same size. The markings are:

    On the front
    "S"

    On the back:
    "T.S Co"
    FRANK G SHATTUCK CO."

I would appreciate any info on this one. Thanks!

I wonder if this is a Schraffs spoon.

Can't be sure, but I believe these were used at a New York chain restaurant called Schraffts. Google the restaurant and you'll find the connection. (Shattuck started out in the candy business and then started serving lunches in his stores) Their are several pieces of flatware on a few of the auction/sales sites. Hope that helps!

Sorry, I should have written "Schraffts", not "Schraffs".
