Can anyone tell me what model Lightolier this is? It says "Lightolier" on the bottom but I don't know the model so can't look up much about its history. Unfortunately the top part cracked when the lamp shorted. I'd like to know if it can be repaired or if I can find a new top part but don't know how to research it without a model name. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. Too bad mine was badly damaged (broken at top). I sold it on ebay for nearly nothing in hopes that it would go to someone willing to fix it and appreciate it. I appreciate your info.
