I just started paperweight collecting and found this one! It is very different and have never seen one like it, I just thought that it is cool. Anyone know anything about it?

I do not see any signature on it anywhere and I have searched online for something that even looks like it .. no luck. I am not sure if it is old or new. Has the flat side , one larger window on the one side and a small window on the other. It is pretty though, and will probably remain a mystery.
