I recently inherited this plate and was hoping someone could tell me a bit about it. Where it came from.how old etc. It states on the sticker on the back "latorre" monreale mosaic ceramiche lavori eseguiti a nano.
    Thanks.

Sean Bellin has a plate as well by this factory.
      http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/43458-la-torre--monreale-lavori-eseguiti-a-m?in=454-liked-all-time

Still not sure about this factory.
      Ceramiche is ceramics, pottery.
      Mosaici is mosaics.
LAVORI ESEGUITI A MANO - hand made goods.
The label has a seventies look to it.
La Torre ( the Tower) could be the name of the factory, a pattern or a surname
Monreale is probably the place in Italy just outside Palermo, but could be the factory, a pattern or a surname too. There is also a Ceramiche La Torre in Deruta in Italy. Still not sure.
