Antique 1940's French JAZ wall clock.

This is a wonderful timepiece made by JAZ, that rarely made these clocks, as far as I know. I got this a a flea market but have not managed to fix it but I did try. It is a help to fiddle with things, of course. The clock is complete and in good outside condition but only two or three nuts are missing. Thanks!
