Metal Chair Sculpture with Face, Arms, Hands, Legs and Feet

This chair is about 4 feet tall. It's made of metal and silver and blue. My dad bought it somewhere around 10 years ago. There is also another chair that looks like this one except the bottom part is dark silver/blackish instead of clue I wanted to see if anyone knows anything about it. Thanks!
