I have a small collection of images of Muhlhaus glass and even fewer vases from this producer/exporter. The glass is from the early part of the last century and I know very little else,.. so if anybody has any information please add it to the comments. My opinion is they were probably an exporter company that commissioned large orders of (simple) gift glass. The designs are not exclusively theirs.
    1. painted enamel- many refiners decorated in this style
2, 4. "ghost glass"- a technique used widely by bohemians, french and others
    3. glass etching- from Germany to Russia

from my understanding a very large portion of the glass they sold was Harrach (if not all) They were a decorator. I am unclear if they'd have commissioned a piece like this - give Harrach the pattern they wanted and the shapes they wanted or if they'd just have bought blanks all the way round or if it was a mix of commission and blanks.

looking at the range of glass techniques i think they would have bought from several factories and refiners. those deer etching pieces were signed so many ways...

Not saying what you are saying isn't possible but are you very familiar with Harrach and the huge range they put out? They were the largest glass house in Bohemia. in the case above the glass would have been bought from harrach and the etching would have been done at muhlhaus.

I just published an extensive article with original design book drawings and original Harrach sales photos of their "Floret" glass (their generic term for opalescent glass). They made quite a variety of Floret opalescent pattern glass.
