I believe this is a Pilgrim glass Madonna - WV origination. It is not a Blenko piece but it has the style that Joel Myers used for a period of time. Has anyone seen one of these?

This piece was circa: late 1960's.
Hi WVdalgal
I have the same Madonna but for my oppinion is Murano .

or

But yors don't have a "Aureola" the weel around the Head .
I have an opinion (authorized) that it might be Murano but mine doesn't have the halo around the head (as you noticed) or any facial features. It doesn't have a shape in that the glass doesn't curve inward. Only the blue area inside shows the shape of the drape on the Madonna.
I really think it is a PILGRIM glass piece. I have never seen one very similar to it.
Thanks.
Anyone else seen or heard of this piece?
Anyone who is familiar with Prof. Myers work know this or a very similar piece?
Does anyone know how to contact Joel Myers?
I think it's Pilgrim too.
Hello Amber. Not trying to be cool, but why do you think it is Pilgrim?
Hi wv, couple of reasons...Pilgrim put out a Madonna that is considered on of the best they put out, colors are similar to Pilgrim and honestly...it just has that feel.
I hate when people tell me that, sorry.
Have a great day!
Check to this one, Pilgrim. Second from left on top. . . http://www.blenkocollectors.com/ohiovalleyglass/pilgrim/PilgrimAgain.jpg
Yep, that is it and I used to buy lots of Pilgrim too. Thank you!
