Outstanding 40 inch cradleboard made by "Coyote Woman" signed and dated 1991 by one of the plains Indians of the Cheyenne Tribes. The papoose (infant native american baby) was placed in the pointed-end cradleboard to prevent injury to the baby should the board ever fall from a galloping horse. The papoose's cradleboard was decorated to show the family's significant place with in the tribe. Thanks for looking!

I disagree that said doll above was signed as you claimed, by a Cheyenne indian!!
I know this for fact because i am not Indian at all.
That's my writing, and I use to work for a gal who made those dolls in Spanaway, Wa.
I worked for her off and on from 1990 to 1993/4.
I can prove your passing off this doll as made, signed, ect, by original Indians of the Cheyenne Tribe. When in fact it is not!!!
And when the burnt tag said 27 of 600.
That was 27 of 600 in that order of dolls produced
      For that week.
      We made smaller ones too.
Even did a life size chief on a horse.
