Have had since childhood was my moms
We use to use it as an art tool
No clue where it came from or what time period
Not signed or engraved

it's an EAPG piece by Dugan-Diamond Glass; the pattern is called S-Repeat and was introduced in 1903. The pattern has been reproduced but this looks to be an original.
