This was decorated by a Navajo tribe member, but it is not Navajo pottery, despite the number of claims found by a google earch. It is factory-made souvenir giftware, made by the Cedar Mesa Pottery Company in Blanding, Utah. The factory hires Navajo and Ute tribal members to decorate and sign the greenware pieces. This particular piece is from their "Mountain Rainbow" line.

Hathale is the signer of the Navajo tribe.
