    want to know what this duck decoy is worth?? it is a decoy from the chesapeake bay area and some are said to be very famous and valuable....I am hoping maybe this is one of those!

      Looks like an upper bay bird. Could be a Madison Mitchell. Possibly a re-head, although a nice job of it. Mitchell invented and used his own carving machine to make his bodies. Some of his birds are quite valuable. Suggest you take this to a decoy expert and have it evaluated. Could easily bring $100 to 200 dollars depending on overall condition and maker.
